DEPARTMENT OF INTERCESSION
Following the example of the Lord Jesus, the Full Gospel Baptist Church (IBEP) is a church of constant prayer, with the key verse in Matthew 6.33 "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added ".
"Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation: in fact, the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak" Jesus said in Matthew 26.41; He continually withdrew to deserted places to pray, and stayed all night in prayer on the Mount of Olives.

"Pray without ceasing," says the Holy Spirit through Paul in 1 Thessalonians 5.17. Pr. Balmir - Pastor of prayer - insistently speaks to the Church: "Pray, brethren. Watch and sanctify so that you may bear fruit".

As a "Battalion of Frontline", the Department of Intercession was raised in IBEP, adding with the Pastor and the Church in constantly fighting with prayer for: Israel, for the Church on Earth, for salvation, liberation, transformation and healing of the people, and for Brazil.

As a group, we come together in prayer and meditation of the word, followed by intercessory prayers that are necessaries, for an hour before services. And on Wednesdays at night on Mount Horeb, with the whole Church, in prayer of unity with the Pastor.
​
We believe that God is raising up a big, strong and powerful army of intercessors for the glory of God and the Lord Jesus Christ. May you enable yourself for this war?
